  Large store, has a good variety. Parking is a bit nuts, some bad drivers, but I've seen worse. The carpark needs better signage.

  One rude checkout operator is why I am giving one star, I have shopped here for 20 years and have never been so insulted and spoken to so rudely. If she worked in my shop she would have been fired.
  I had to put a star so I could post review
  There are some great people that work there , but it takes just a couple of rude insensitive people to ruin for the whole shop.

  I had an online order that was delivered Saturday that unfortunately was missing my fridge items, such as meat, butter, sour cream etc. After contacting a few places to try to find out what happened, as well as trying the online, robot, help thats available. I was told I would be offered a refund, which whilst great, didn’t help me get my missing items, which were greatly needed. I’m immune compromised and it was the Sunday of a long weekend. I couldn’t go out, I couldn’t get another delivery window and I didn’t have help until Wednesday at the earliest. Then I got through to a wonderful gentleman, working online orders, named Ryan. He listened to my situation and went above and beyond to help me. I hope he knows just how much I appreciate it. I understand errors happen and sometimes there is nothing that can be done. So whilst I was very frustrated by not getting my full delivery, thanks to Ryan this is a five star review. Kindness of others can help turn bad situations good. Thanks again.

  Pretty average. That simple. But to expand on that, it is just average. The store is of a decent size, but the aisles feel narrow, the displays have average effort. The fruit and veg seemed to be just dumped on tables, flat, in their trays they are delivered in. The lighting feels 'too' artificial with the fluoro lighting. The whole place feels average in every effort. Even some of the meat in the meat department (looking at you thigh chicken) looked as if it has been on display for a couple days.
  If you live local, sure, go there for convenience, but choose fresh meat/produce carefully. If you don't live local, don't go out of your way to shop here.
